Monthly schedule of training sessions and events run by RATs, weekend sessions are updated on a Thursday pm once weekly email has gone out.

Sunday 28 Feb.

Bunch Ride: Avantiplus Cycle Zone, 9am start, about 2 hours

Monday

Kayak training: 2hr+, 5.30pm, Lake Rotoiti

Tuesday

Swim Squad: Aquatic Centre, 6am – 7am, Lanes 1 – 3

Wednesday

Kayak training: Lake Okareka (cnr Benn/Acacia Rd), 6am, 1hr, easy/steady pace

Thursday

Swim Squad: Aquatic Centre, 5.30 am or 6am – 7am, Lanes 1 – 3

Friday

Kayak training: Lake Okareka (cnr Benn/Acacia Rd), 6am, 1hr, speedwork

Saturday

Ironman NZ: If you’re not racing come support the racers at the club tent.  Contact Jess Nelson for details.

Sunday

Saturday

Ironman Training Session: Jamie is leaving for Taupo at 7 am to cover the different courses.  Swimming and biking planned.  Contact Jamie for details.
