RATs Multisport club has been
registered as an incorporated society since
1992. Initially the club was established as a
triathlon club (Rotorua Association of
Triathletes) but has now expanded it's focus to
include multisport, a sport rapidly growing in
popularity.
The vision of the club is:
To be a
vibrant, active club that fosters the
development of multisport through encouraging
participation of the local community.
The objectives of the club are:

To participate in, promote,
develop and encourage multisport.

To foster competition and
support the development of local triathletes
and multisporters.

To encourage recreational
participation in multisport and camaraderie
amongst members.

To increase the profile of the
club and the sport within the local community.

To raise money in an
appropriate manner to achieve the objectives
of the club.

To provide personal development
opportunities to assist club members in the
pursuit of and achievement of personal goals.
